According to the technical requirements, it is necessary to regularly check whether the connection between muffle furnace and controller is good, whether the pointer of indicator is stuck, and use potentiometer to check the instrument due to electromagnetic steel, demagnetization, wire expansion and shrapnel.
Combustion method of muffle furnace:
1. Enough combustion space
Combustible materials or fine dust volatilize from fuel and burn with flue gas. If the space (volume) of the furnace is too small, the flue gas will flow too fast and the flue gas will stay in the furnace for a short time, so it can not be made. Combustibles and coal dust have been completely burned. In particular, when combustibles (combustible gases, oil droplets) impinge on the heating surface of the boiler before complete combustion, the combustibles are cooled below the ignition temperature and cannot be completely burned to form carbon nodules. At the same time, sufficient combustion space is ensured, which is conducive to the full contact and mixing of air and objects, so that the combustible materials can be fully burned.
2. Enough time
The fuel will not catch fire until it is completely burned. This takes time, especially in a layered furnace. The fuel must be burned for enough time. The larger the combustion particles, the longer the combustion time. If the combustion time is not enough, the fuel will not burn completely.
3. In order to make muffle furnace reach the economic operation index, the problem of complete fuel combustion must be solved.
4. The furnace temperature is high enough
Temperature is the main condition of fuel combustion. The lower temperature at which the fuel begins a violent oxidation reaction is called the ignition temperature. The heat required to heat the fuel above the ignition temperature is called a heat source. The heat source of the fuel ignited in the combustion chamber is usually from
Thermal radiation from flame and furnace wall, and contact with high temperature smoke. The temperature of the furnace composed of heat sources must be kept above the ignition temperature of the fuel, that is to say, the temperature of the furnace must be high enough to continuously burn the fuel, otherwise the fuel will be difficult to ignite and burn.
5. Proper amount of air
The fuel must be in full contact and mixed with enough air in the air. When the furnace temperature is high enough, the combustion reaction speed is very fast, the oxygen in the air is quickly consumed, and sufficient air must be provided. In practice, too much air is fed into the furnace, but not too much excess air. Properly avoid lowering furnace temperature.
