Equipment features

Fast heating: 1000C furnace from 100C to 1000C, less than 30 minutes

The temperature of 1700 ℃ furnace is increased from 100C to 1700c, less than 90min

High efficiency: when used as an experimental furnace, the inlet and outlet air holes can be opened, and the chimney can be added, which is conducive to replenishing fresh oxygen and accelerating the test.

Due to the adoption of new ceramic fiber furnace, the heat preservation effect is good. When the furnace is heated to 1000C and kept for 1 hour, the shell surface will not be scalded and scalded. (about 45-55c, depending on the environment)

The sintering temperature can be reduced to 500 ℃;

Greatly reduce energy consumption, energy saving up to 70 - 90%;

The sintering time can be shortened to more than 50%;
